How much are Mike Tyson, Jake Paul getting paid for their big fight?

There’s no doubt about it. Friday night’s Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight means big money for everyone involved.

How big? For starters, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, has a capacity of 80,000 people who will be there in person to watch the fight live. Also, there are a variety of VIP packages – complete with ringside seats – ranging from $5,000 to $25,000. And then there’s the one-of-a-kind MVP Owner’s Experience, which is valued at a whopping $2 million.

And that doesn’t even include the revenue generated from the fight being broadcast live on Netflix.

Of course, the participants in the main event will be taking home their fair share as well.

How much are Mike Tyson, Jake Paul getting paid?

Neither Mike Tyson nor fight promoters have publicly revealed what Tyson’s payday will be for the fight, but boxing industry experts have estimated Tyson could make somewhere in the range of $20 million. 

At an Aug. 18 news conference promoting the fight, Jake Paul offered a clue to what his payout might be. ‘I’m here to make $40 million and knock out a legend,’ he said.
